Postage Postage cost is calculated automatically in the shopping basket, based on the weight of the order. Mainland UK including the Isle of Wight: Lighter orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class, heavier orders are sent by City Link which is next working day on orders placed before 12 noon. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any offshore Island around the UK: Lighter orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class, heavier orders are sent by Royal mail parcel service (3-5 working days.) Or by Parcelforce 48 hour service. European and Worldwide postage are available on favor bags and ribbon. We can only deliver decorative sand and gravel to the UK. Please Note: Deliveries via City Link require a signature or instructions as to where the parcel can be left safely if no one is available to sign. We recommend that if you are not in during the day, you have the parcel sent to a work address if possible. If no instructions are given we will request that the parcel is left safe if no one is in, but this is at your own risk! Payment I can accept secure online credit and debit card payments and electronic payment via Paypal. I can also accept payment via telephone or fax and also by personal cheque. Terms and conditions Goods in stock are despatched within 2 working days, in the event of an item being out of stock we will inform you of an approximate delivery time by email, if the item remains out of stock for over 3 weeks you will be offer a refund for the item.
